Eat at the right time
Eat breakfast within one to 2 hours of rising, lunch approximately 4hours later, and dinner within 6 hours of lunch. If you have a day job, eat dinner before 7pm. You should not skip meals if you are trying to lose weight. Eating properly increases your metabolism, which burns more calories.
REHABILITATION & INJURY PREVENTION
We start with an orthopedic assessment which consists of a number of in depth tests designed to provide and accurate understanding of the current functional condition of your body. The tests are designed to provide me with information on the current state of your
- joint flexability and function,
- postural dysfunctions,
- abdominal strength and co-ordination,
- spinal mobility and function,
- back problems,
- movement pattern dysfunction,
- physilogical load and much more.
All this information is then analysed to find the cause of the problem so a customised programme can be developed to suit your special needs. You will then be coached and educated towards a painfree existence.
