Personal Training Prices

One on One

One on One personal training can be as little as $60 per person for each training session. These are the prices for once of visits and can be cheaper for regular clients, when purchased in packages or if sessions are done in off peak times.

$85 for 45 min session

$100 for 1hr session

Group Personal Training/ Bootcamp

Personal training can be as little as $15 per person for each training session. Prices are based on the number of staff within your company or people within your group.

$40 Each for 45min session

$25 Each for 1/2hr session: less than 4 people

$30 Each for 1hr session

$20 Each for 1/2hr session: 4-15 people

I am able to design any fitness program that is suitable for groups or individuals and for any environment. I will create a challenging yet enjoyable program for your team which can include boxing, fitness circuits, running, indoor cycling, bootcamps and much more. It can be possible for the sessions to take place before or after work, lunch time sessions and can be done in my gym, the company’s gym or outdoors depending on your requirements.

  • Fitness Assessments - These include weight and height measurements, body-fat measurements, heart rate, blood pressure and a large variety of fitness testing depending on your requirements. Assessments are designed to suit the company’s individual needs.
  • Group Training - Organising training sessions using exercises and activities. Activities can include boxing classes, cardio equipment, circuit and weights.
  • Cardiovascular Training - Walking or running days. This is a great workout whilst getting some sunlight and fresh air. Can also be done indoors.
  • Functional Training – For men and women who need to strengthen then body through functional movements and is great for building inner strength and muscle definition. This will help anyone to achieve more flexibility, mobility, balance, core strength and is great for improving posture.
  • Strength Training - For women and men who may have never done weight training before this program will ensure participants achieve amazing benefits whilst toning the body.
  • Circuit Training – high energy, high intensity training that is done indoors using weights and cardio based exercises. Designed to achieve maximal results in the shortest time possible.
  • Bootcamp - Get results and fast. It is high energy, high intensity training in outdoor locations. All fitness levels are welcome but be prepared to work hard as it is designed to challenge you and push you to your limits.
  • Nutrition and Lifestyle Assessments – Designed to look at factors in a persons life such as your diet, sleep, food quality, time management, environmental stress, internal and external stress and much more, that may be reducing there health, energy, concentration and productivity levels on a daily basis so we can restore and bring balance back to that persons lifestyle.
  • Work Place Ergonomics Assessments - assessment of work stations to improve a persons working environment to improve productivity and performance...
