Make your sleep and wake times the same each day

For better quality sleep try and set your wake and sleep times the same each day and try to be in bed by 10:30pm to get the body into it’s natural circadian rhythm. You should be aiming for 7-9 hours sleep per day otherwise your are accumulating sleep deprivation.
