Lifestyle design is about looking and evaluating all your current lifestyle habits and then addressing the problem areas to improve quality of life. Things that can be overlooked are areas such as

- fungus and parasites and how that has a dramatic affect on your internal environment.
All these factors are commonly overlooked by not only personal trainers, but also by a large percentage of health professionals. They may address one area but totally miss another.
With lifestyle design I take out the guess work by looking at all control systems and how they integrate so as to improve our moment to moment and long term physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health.
