Avoid certain drinks

Coffee, black tea, soft drink, beer, liquor and wine all require that you drink additional water to process them. However, soft drink, beer, liquor and wine should be avoided altogether and coffee and black tea should always be organic.

 

BOOTCAMP

Bootcamp is an outdoor group exercise program that is fun and motivating. It is designed to challenge all aspects of your health and fitness and to push you to limits that you did not think you were capable of.

You will benefit from

  • increased cardio fitness,
  • reduced body fat and
  • increased muscle tone.

It will give you a good head start towards a healthier lifestyle. Bootcamp not only gets you looking and feeling better, but will also

  • also improve your confidence and motivation.

 

There is currently a Saturday morning bootcamp running. It starts at 9am every Saturday and we meet at the St Kilda pier. It caters to all age and fitness levels. So come along and bring your friends. Download the flyer for more details.
